There are a few things I want to get out of the Way first, so things can be as smooth as possible!I’ll try to keep things Short and Simple, But I might need to update things if need be.Remember that these Terms will help me make your Commission the best it can be, so please read carefully on what I can draw well or what I'm still learning on!Please Have a Clear Safe for work Ref Sheet ready!

Terms and Payments

Im free to decline a Commission if it dosen't suit me or have themes that Im not Comfortable with.
If something your unsure I can do please feel free to message me and I can talk about what we can do!My work is always in 4k but if you want to upsize it you can for Extra price

Payment Terms
For my work, I do have things to keep my hard work not go to waste
I would like to get people the Option to refund however some progression I keep the money after my hard work5% Progression
If you chose to refund the money, you get your Full Money back!10% - 40% Progression
A refund at this stage is doable, however 30% of the money will stay with me50% Progression
this is the last progress to ask for a refund, but I will keep 50% of the MoneyAnything Above 60% Progression will not be refunded, but your art work will still be worked on until its done

You MUST be 18 or older to request a commission
or have a parental Guardian to request and fill out the Form for you.
By agreeing to this terms you are saying you used your own money to use on these commissionsNO AI
I will Refuse a Commission if the character Ref sheet is used with AI, ChatGBT, or anyother AI Art Stealing websites

Contracts
this will help me understand what you want out this commission and help me work with you betterNo Third Eye
This is for keeping things privte for Projects gifts or events there are 3 types
Yes Third Eye: "Tell Everyone everything"
Semi No Third Eye: "you can stream or show the art off but don't say who its by"
No Third Eye: "keep this hidden until I tell you can post the work"Custom Payments
my work can be pricy but I try to be as fair a possible so anyone can afford my work
You can request a Contract to be made to do either of these payments
